Managing Director – Continental Autonomous Mobility Hungary. Balázs Lóránd, Ph.D. is Managing Director of Continental Autonomous Mobility Hungary. He started his career at the University of Pécs, where he worked as a lecturer and researcher, obtained his Ph.D. From 2013 he led data mining and data engineering projects at T-Systems and later GE. He joined Continental in 2018, first building up the data engineering and infrastructure development team, from 2020 he became Head of the Artificial Intelligence Development Center. From summer 2023, he also has global responsibility as Head of AI at the Autonomous Mobility business area.
